with trusted talent
The Bank of Canada is an 850,000 square foot space occupying an entire city block. When construction began on this 460 million dollar renewal project, Belroc set out to deliver and install a comprehensive package of interior architectural specialty products. We were tasked with outfitting several different spaces in the structure including the office area, fitness center, sick bay and auditorium. Our team was able to successful deliver each of the products needed within the specified timeframe. These interior specialty products included stylish felt office dividers, drapery, protective vinyl wall sheeting, and cubicle track with privacy curtains.
by managing expectations
With such a major construction project, the general contractor outlined strict expectations and a timeline that had to stay on track. Belroc was able to provide a comprehensive package of interior specialty products that both the client and contractor were unable to source elsewhere. This demonstrated our team’s ability to meet and exceed client expectations and further strengthened our relationship with the contractor and architects.
with personalized implementation
For this project, the client had a vision of how they wanted the building to look upon completion. Through great back and forth communication between the Belroc team and client, we were able to source and deliver the products they desired. This meant adjusting and adapting to the client’s needs throughout each stage of the process. Thanks to the hard work of everyone involved, the team supplied and installed a wide range of unique products within tight timelines.
