When faced with new regulations, code and safety standards, laboratories such as the Queens University Biomedical Research are mandatorily required to ensure their facilities meet these.

The scope presented to Belroc Group was to provide wall protection products that were conducive to the stringent hygienic environmental requirements of research laboratories, while protecting the walls from heavy foot and equipment traffic.

Spending time defining these requirements with the 3 different parties involved, understanding the procedures happening within the Research laboratory, concluded with Belroc presenting a comprehensive package of unique Stainless Steel products.

Belroc has a long standing relationship with Pomerleau Construction, and Pomerleau trusted Belroc once again, to deliver the needed products within a certain timeline.

Combining unique, own manufactured products with the industry renowned ability to co-ordinate a successful installation process was key to allow Pomerleau to complete the project within a short timeline.

The Belroc Projects Management team had a very tight timeline to work around. Working with skill and adaptability meant they could still deliver the needed products & installation on time, despite a mid-project adjustment, including sourcing different products!
