Belroc was proud to work with Jensen Builders and Shoalts/Zaback Architects in the renovation of the former St. Joseph Regional House, located near Kingston, Ontario. The now “Windsor Retirement Residence” is a luxurious seniors living community center, offering the finest independent living. Belroc assisted in the enhancement of this facility through the supply and install of a vast range of interior architectural products including; custom interior signage, stylish oak and stainless steel handrail, fabric roller shades, specialized wooden shutters, washroom compartments, and washroom accessories. Belroc takes pride in assisting the local community in improving the lives of others and helping the older generation retire in dignity.

Belroc succeeded in winning this project through presenting an indepth proposal as a team, which the client really appreciated and took account of the attention to detail. The client had a strict budget to work with, so Belroc adapted to this challenge bringing the cost down through sourcing product off-shore.
